We are looking for Delivery Drivers who are seeking long term employment to join our team! Shift: 3am- 1pm Pay Rate: Starting at 17.00 per hour Delivery Vehicle: Bobtail Truck About Us: We are a leading distributor of fresh produce to Southern California's Top Restaurants. We are looking for drivers to join our team as we ramp up operations to service the demands of our foodservice customers as they reopen. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of goods to predetermined customers on specific routes, reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading and unloading trucks and providing exceptional customer service to our client base. We will provide training to the right person who can demonstrate motivation and a willingness to learn. REQUIREMENTS: Willing to work early morning (3am - 1pm) Be at least 24 years old Valid Class C License 1 point or less on driving record Strong customer service skills Must possess a positive and professional attitude Must be able to lift 50 lbs frequently Must be comfortable taking direction Must adhere to company policies and procedures DELIVERY DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct inspections of vehicle before departing to deliver goods Pack and load products onto trucks according to company’s specifications Deliver orders to customers on assigned route Maintain ongoing communication with route dispatcher Unload goods as per client specifications Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs Obtain delivery confirmations from each customer Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $17.00 per hour
