Finish Carpenters wanted to fill positions of all skill levels. True Craft Inc. is a well respected, quality oriented company with over 25 years of experience in service to the Boise area. We are currently seeking to fill positions from apprentice to skilled tradesmen in order to meet the demand of the growing housing industry. We are currently working with one of the largest home builders in the United States on multi year projects, as well as working with large local builders and various smaller and more custom oriented general contractors. We do it all from production style housing to high end custom build jobs doing projects that range between basic trim to custom woodworking. We offer healthcare benefits to team members with options to fit those with families. No power tools are required, but hand tools and bags are. Must have transportation, a valid ID and be a U.S. citizen. Must speak English and communicate well with others. Pay is dependent on experience and level of knowledge. Wages start at $13.00 per hour for those with no experience in construction with opportunity for rapid increase.
