Description
Unfortunately due to some life changes and the acceptance of a new job position, I'm looking to rehome my three year old hound mix Archer. I adopted this handsome boy back in January and have come to accept that I simply can't give him the attention he absolutely deserves.
Archer is house trained, crate trained, and knows basic commands such as sit, come, lay down, and stay. He's a big boy at around 85lbs so he could stand to lose a little weight. He does have an issue with his trachea but it does NOT interfere with his life in anyway besides a goofy bark from time to time. Due to the trachea issue, he MUST be walked with a harness and not a collar. He has been great with adults, kids, and other dogs that he has been around. I am rehoming him with a crate, toys, remaining food, and treats. Although I am not asking for a rehoming fee, I am screening people and asking that you meet certain requirements.
1. His adoptee NEEDS to be a homeowner.
2. Fenced in yard with room to run around and let out some energy.
3. He seems to get along well with other dogs so a home with a friend or two would be great.
4. Owners who can give him lots of love and attention.
Please only text or email at this time.
