Cigarettes and Clerks and the Demon Game

So I went into a convenient store to buy cigarettes, and the clerk was doing some shi**y game/ruse crapola about putting his finger nail on MY finger as he insultingly made a mouse pad out of the box of cigarettes. Should I call police?? Is he that much of shitbag? I would think so. What should I do? Other markets are playing in such a manner as well.
