Concrete finishers/laborers wanted

Im looking for 3 individual that are reliable and that will show up to work. I started Concrete last year and did a few jobs and now as the concrete is beginning i have 8 jobs lined up and getting phones calls for estimate every day for the last weeks. With that being said having a license is a plus. If you dont have a license you need to get a ride to the shop snd can hop in my truck. But if not having a license is going to be the reason you calling off, dont bother contacting me. I need reliable workers that show up on time and ready to go. Whatever business you do in your personal life is your business, but when you are on my time you will be sober, dress accordingly with construction attire. Dont come looking like you going to the club or hang out. We do concrete work for private homes meaning residential and homeowners will always be around. The way you dress and carry yourself is a reflection of the company im starting. If if you come in clean clothed and sober, don't bother contacting me. Since im just starting up....im paying cash. I will pay you every Friday. i will keep track of your hrs as so should you. At the end of each day i will write down hrs for each individual as we will be working together. Again i need only 1 other finisher and 2 laborers. The work we do are not big jobs. The most we pour is 2 yards. Thats like 25ft if sidewalk and small pads or patios. Im trying to find a good team...and if i do...we all will make money and belive me when i say that. My work is spectacular and lots of people are calling. But you must be reliable and willing to work. If you are intersted shoot me a text or call. To start im willing to pay laborer $15.00 cash and someone that has some finishing skills $20.00 cash. Again if you can be reliable or show up late and have excuses all the time...you won't make it here. I been doing this for over 15 yrs...i heard it all.
