This is a mobile position. *** (Vehicle Required) *** Compensation Structure: •$16 - $20+/hr (depending on experience and skill level) •$500 Sign-On Bonus (after completing 3-month probationary period) •Paid Training that allows for growth and promotion within the company •Yearly raises Supplemental Pay: •Bonuses •Commissions •Lots of Tips Position Description: We have an IMMEDIATE opening for crew leaders in the moving and storage industry. This is a full-time position with overtime! (Weekends and Holidays Required) •Supervise and lead crews on the job •Drive moving trucks •General labor (lifting items up to 100 pounds and climbing stairs) •Inventory items in/out of storage •Protecting customers’ items during moves •Training crew members •Communicate effectively •Provide support to crew in the field and resolve problems Manage Equipment: •Track and maintain equipment and supplies •Clean and organize trucks Requirements: •Access to a reliable vehicle •Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced busy environment •Excellent attention to detail, interpersonal, written, and communication skills •Must be able to have a flexible schedule that includes work on weekends and holidays Day-to-day hours may vary
