Please help!!! I just lost this cute little guy on Thursday 4/8 right after I just adopted him😱😢. He is chipped with Valley Oak SPCA information and my information was just added. They called him Brownie and he is very skittish around people. He was adopted for my son who has special needs for his birthday.
