Prospera Property Management is seeking a Full Time Lead Maintenance Technician and a Part Time Maintenance Technician in the Luling/Lockhart area. Must maintain buildings and common areas in the best possible condition for the assigned property. May perform duties of the Lead Maintenance as required by the needs of the property. A variety of maintenance tasks include caulking, painting, basic painting, basic electrical, plumbing, repairing windows, flooring, janitorial, landscaping and HVAC maintenance. EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: High School diploma or GED required. Five years of experience in the multi-family housing industry preferred. Environmental Protection Agency Section 608 Certification required or obtain within one year of employment.
