We are a growing organic landscaping company. We are hiring for our 2021 season, which begins soon and ends in late October. We offer work, in five hour shifts, as it becomes available. Minimum Requirements for all Great Fortune Design employees: -exceptional work ethic, including willingness and physical ability to perform hard physical labor in varying weather -reliable personal transportation -Smartphone with app capability -strong communication, self care and teamwork skills -submitting a resume and cover letter -available 3 or more weekdays between 7 am and 2 pm Entry level laborers meeting the above qualifications start at $15 an hour. New employees with previous gardening and/or hardscaping experience start between $16 and $18 an hour based on amount of experience and proficiency of relevant skills. To reduce our human to human contact as part of our covid-19 precautions, we are now using a remote hiring, onboarding and training process before laborers are scheduled to begin work. We work in Denver and its surrounding areas. Employees are paid mileage outside of Denver, but need to be able to transport themselves to and from all work sites.
