** Please read entire ad ** Starting - $15/hr Lead/Drivers - $18/hr + +1 hour drive time per job (except tryouts) Tips average - $200-$400.00/wk Applications Requirements: You must have a VALID drivers license included with a second form of ID. (example: SS Card, Passport or Birth Certificate) You must be able to work a fluctuating schedule. Quick answers to some questions I get a lot: 1. Everyone comes in as a helper. - Advancement is dependent on YOU. Some guys its weeks, some guys its months. - We need leads and drivers so training for this is started asap. 2. A Valid drivers license is an actual license guys - NO your state issued I.D is NOT a drivers license. - We do NOT need just helpers, we need guys willing to be trained as lead/drivers. 3. Most of the time our days start at 7:00AM meet at yard. - Some days start at 7am and done by 2pm others may be a 9am start and done at 10pm. There is no set start/end times. 4. Our guys average 30-50 hours per week. - The more available you are the more hours you get. 5. Paid Weekly on Wednesday (Pay week is Friday-Thursday). - Paid as W2 - NOT 1099.
