Portland’5 Centers for the Arts, 1111 SW Broadway, Portland, Oregon 1 full-time positionApplication deadline: April 19, 2021Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in custodial services and event set-up and tear-down at the Portland'5 Centers for the Arts (Portland'5) home to arts organizations such as the Oregon Ballet Theatre, the Oregon Symphony and the Portland Opera, among the largest performing arts centers in the US. What you will do Implement appropriate policies, programs and services to ensure effective utilization of resources and regulatory compliance.Consistently model enthusiastic, encouraging, friendly and positive professional behavior and coaches the team to emulate these values as well.Provide positive leadership and guidance to staff to create a positive, safe, welcoming and inclusive space for our team, partners and community.
