Looking to Rehome 8 month old Aussie

I am sick to do this but I’m looking in to rehoming options for my 8 month old male Aussie. He is smart and loves to be outside or playing at dog parks, but also can get into trouble (he loves paper and mud!) here and there! He is showing some aggressive behaviors and is very territorial around things he considers “his” (crate, toys, food, etc.) REHOMING FEE WILL APPLY With some training he should be able to work out there’s behaviors. I would classify his behaviors as unpredictable which is why I am having to rehome him. I am my little sisters caregiver who has autism and can’t take the risk of him snapping anymore as well as I don’t feel as though I can give him the atmosphere he would thrive most in. Over all, he’s a beautiful and energetic dog that just needs some undivided attention, aggression training and lots of love! If interested please PM me your living situation, (as he definitely needs a yard) and your family makeup; ie kids or other pets. ( I wouldn’t recommend Memphis around little kids) Please know this is extremely hard for me and I would appreciate only positive or helpful feedback in the comments.
