Found female German Shepherd on Friday 4/9/21.
Around 11:30pm she came up to our front deck soaking wet in the middle of a bad storm. She is very sweet and well mannered.
She was wearing a collar, no tags, not chipped (had her scanned at the vet).
Proof of ownership required for re-connection.
