I need help making my car payment it’s 400 dollars or I am gonna loose my van. I have two mentally ill children who go to the psychiatrist a lot. And one of them have asthma really bad. So we are go to dr and er regulars dr a lot. I have to have my tonsils removed in the next two weeks. And me ear drum repaired, I see the ent on Monday somehow. My car is in the shop. I can work on cars, and fix plumbing, I can fix electrical stuff. Whole in the wall, I can hang sheet rock. I can clean house and paint. I can help fix holes in the floor. Or fix ur washer and dryer, it’s sound to good to be true but I can do anyone these things. And then some I am super handy.
