Description

We are Proper Solutions, a Coachella Valley Staffing Company, looking to fill several Maintenance /Custodian position working at the Palm Springs International Airport. This position performs routine and general cleaning and maintenance activities including; landscaping, custodial duties and a variety of related tasks relative to assigned areas of responsibility.   Perform landscaping duties on grounds including outdoor patios; mow, trim, prune, edge, rake, fertilize, water, plant and cultivate landscaped areas as necessary.   Sweep, clear and clean gutters, curbs, culverts and catch basins; perform general grounds clean-up and outdoor cleaning; perform other minor maintenance and repair tasks as necessary.   Clean, polish, and sanitize building surfaces including walls, stairs and floors; dust and polish furniture and fixtures.   Clean and maintain restrooms; clean mirrors, fixtures and floors; replace and maintain toiletry supplies.   Prepare rooms and arrange furniture for meetings and special events.   Observe and report the need for repairs; if possible, make minor repairs. Starting Pay is $15/HR with several possible work schedules available. Possible hours could be 5am-3pm or 3pm-1am.
