Tile and Grout Help Needed

Hello, I own a company where I make Display Boards for a large tile company. I have a really big order I need to ship Monday so need to get some help with glueing tile to boards with silicone and a caulk gun also need help grouting and or cleaning said boards. Please have some experience with tile work and be prepared to get your hands dirty and maybe a little sore. I'm paying $120 for 8 hours of work, need help today and tomorrow if works out today would be happy to have same person work tomorrow and maybe more often in the future. Thanks -Ryan
