Description
Beware of two men, one white/one black, with South Carolina Plates, Red pickup with seal coating machines in back. White guy talks s h i t about being an honest man of his word; work is not done properly, missed areas, large puddle remnants of sealer, had to smooth out myself. Was working in airport area.
