Need help with pet expenses

My cat's name is Nembus for while he has been sick everything he eats comes up not sure why, it could be because he's not chewing his food due to the pain he may be feeling because of his teeth. I have gotten a quote from the veterinarian and the starting point is 500.00 dollars to remove his back teeth it could be more to also figure out other health issues, I cannot afford to have it done I just do not have the funds. I love him so much this is not a scam it's a plea for help. Everyone has fallen on hard times I know its a lot I am asking but can anyone help me, It can't go on for much longer the only other choice I have is to surrender him so that he can get the help he needs but how do you surrender a family member he's like one of my children. Please can someone help me
