3 year old male black and white border collie. Neutered, up to date on all his shots. Currently registered with Marion County as a service dog. Need to be with a home that only has him. My wife and I feel he has been abused. He is very timid and afraid. Needs someone who knows they are a good match. As a service dog in certain situations I am not able to get him past things to be able to work for me. Will make a great companion for the right person. There is a rehoming fee. Please be serious and think about giving him a great future home.
