Sweet Amigo is 11 years old. His owner recently passed away, and Amigo needs a new family. He loves cuddles and attention, and warms up to new people quickly. He's very friendly with everyone he meets. He has been neutered, is current on vaccines, and is microchipped. Amigo has tested positive for FIV, but he is a healthy kitty and will likely have a normal lifespan as an indoor-only cat. The virus can't be passed to dogs or to people, and only to other cats through a deep bite wound. For this reason, Amigo should be your only cat. Amigo is currently staying in the cattery at Petco, 1169 Valley River Drive in Eugene. He is with Cat Rescue and Adoption Network.
