Need help!

I desperately need some help from someone. And I'm more than happy to pay someone to do so. So, here's the deal. My car has had a faint smell for awhile, and I just brushed it off. Until last week when the weather started to warm up. I asked a family member what they thought it was, and it turns out that after the ice storm, when tossing out the bad food from our fridge, they put the garbage bag in my trunk. I never use my trunk obviously, so had no idea. And now, well, it smells. Bad. And I don't think I can stomach even opening it up, let alone removing the offending stuff. So, is there any kind soul out there willing to take pity and help me out?? Like I said, more than happy to pay you for your troubles.
