Joey's Movers was established in 1980 and recently celebrated 40 years. We are provide residential and commercial moving services throughout the entire Chicagoland area.
We're hiring for Movers and Drivers:
Compensation: $15-$18/hr Depending on Experience plus tips
Minimum 2 years of professional physical labor experience preferred but not required- Paid training provided
About you:
- Responsible
- Reliable (must show up to work when scheduled daily)
- Flexible availability (will have to work weekends)
- Friendly and customer-service focused team player
Responsibilities:
- Properly packing and loading and unloading client’s items into truck.
- Wrapping and unwrapping furniture with tape and shrink wrap.
- Light disassembling and reassembling of furniture, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Valid drivers license and experience driving moving trucks (Driver position)
- 2 years minimum of physical labor experience
- Good physical ability and condition to perform moving services and lift over 50 pounds.
- No criminal background
