Looking for a groundskeeper / lawnkeeper for a home located in Wisc., just 6 minutes from downtown Dubuque for around 20-30 hours a week. Responsibilities include mowing grass (there are hills), string trimmer, raking, picking up sticks / brush, splitting firewood with a Log-splitter, cleaning equipment, helping out as needed on other misc. jobs with Property Manager. References are required (someone who can speak of your character and reliability). Pay is $10 – 13/hr. depending upon experience.
