Full-Time Apartment Building Maintenance/Handyman

We are seeking a motivated individual who has The knowledge and skills to maintain apartment units and make rent ready. The following is a list of skills needed to do the job; Two years minimum experience as a maintenance technician Good communication skills. Must speak and write English. Spanish a plus Self-starter able to work independently, punctual and reliable. Reliable transportation preferably pick-up truck or van Clean driving record, cell phone and email capability Have basic tools, may travel to various job sites. But will spend 99 percent of the time at our reseda property. • Experience in painting interior and exterior and drywall repairs. • Basic electrical: Troubleshoot and repair, replace or install circuits, switches, fuses, wall sockets, ceiling lights, ceiling fans, smoke detectors, etc. • Plumbing; repair, replace or install faucets, pipes, water heaters, toilets, garbage disposals, dishwashers. • Basic framing, cabinetry, general maintenance, some cleaning required.
