Warehouse Associate / Pull Orders About Us: We are an established distributor of sporting goods, family owned since 1998. Our 3,500 sqf warehouse is located in City of Walnut, CA 91789 along Valley Blvd. We have an immediate vacancy for Warehouse / Pull & Pack Orders / Shipping (Full Time). Job Description: • Pull accurately customer’s orders from shelf and pack into boxes. Handling, ticketing, counting, picking and putting • Perform carton tasks such as lifting, stacking, sorting, label application, opening, sealing, counting, carrying, moving, etc • Inspect products for defects and damages • Examine ingoing and outgoing shipments • Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately • Keep warehouse clean and organized • Products are light weight, small size items. Driving a forklift or pallet jack is not required • Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm Qualifications: • Experience of working in a warehouse. • Attention to detail with accuracy is important. • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, to meet deadlines. • Team player, positive attitude, energetic, committed, competitive. • Reliable, responsible personality Physical Demands & Work Environment: • Ability to lift from floor to above the head, 50 lbs. frequently, and 75 lbs. occasionally, throughout work shift • Ability to use hands to handle or feel products • Must be able to stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours • Must be willing and able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, twist, and reach • Ability to work in warehouse environment at varied temperatures.
