Looking for kitten

Hello. My family is looking for a kitten. One of my cats got stolen and his cat brother is having some separation anxiety and my dog is not interested in playing with him. I am not looking to spend $350 on a cat with no shots or fixed. I can go to an animal shelter and adopt one for $100 but haven’t found any young cats there yet. Thank you
