In need of low cost plumber

We are in desperate need for a low cost plumber, or even a plumber that would be willing to accept a payment plan. I don't know exactly what's going on, but we noticed the carpet was wet yesterday. the wet area is about 5 feet directly in front of the kitchen sink and is at the start of our laundry room. We have had ongoing issues with out water heater leaking but the water is not coming from that direction so really unsure of what exactly is going on.
