Restore my classic hub caps

I have four 1967 Ford hub caps off a Ford Galaxie 500. I need them to be restored. Center hub needs to be removed and repainted inside maroon color. Shown are two of my hub caps the clean finished one is what I need done to my four. Do you do this kind of work or know somebody who could? Please send me a quote Thank you reading
