Hub City NORML's 3rd Annual 4/20 Fest is a two-day event, with an on-site bar, overnight camping, and tons of vendors and musicians! There will also be food trucks, and tons of raffles, prizes, and so much more. This is the only two-day outdoor festival celebrating 4/20 in West Texas.
