Transmission R&R Tech Position Responsibilities: Minimum 3 moves per day Identify internal and external transmission symptoms and make proper repair recommendations Explain problems discovered during transmission install to service writers and technicians Continuously learn new technical information, equipment, tools and repair techniques Professionally record findings so that repairs costs are accurately estimated Qualifications: Minimum of 2+ years' experience working in the transmission field Hold a valid driver's license/reliable transportation Own professional grade tools to service any general repair need Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment What We Offer: Competitive compensation packages based upon experience Daytime work hours Vacation pay (after 1 year) Access to AAMCO's proprietary training programs, seminars and skill presentations Live technician support hotline capable of troubleshooting any problem encountered in your center
