We are Houston's top window and exterior home cleaning service company. We are looking to hire 2 full-time technicians Mon-Fri. We are growing and are in need of some rockstar technicians to become lead technicians. First, let’s talk about what you’re looking for: Somewhere you can develop and hone your customer service and sales skills. You enjoy hands-on, physical work and you're not afraid to get dirty to get the job done. You’re in a company van after getting to our office. (at 8:30 AM) A company where there is an actual chance for advancement (lead tech, specialist, manager, etc) Starting pay is competitive and will increase based on performance. You get to work with (we think) cool people….Look, we have to work with you all day too so we are picky about who we hire. It’s hot in Houston and so we provide hydration (In the form of bottled water/Gatorade) for you, free of charge. Now, what we are looking for in a technician: - Someone that is on time, all the time. We start at 8:30 AM, Mon-Fri, and keep a tight appointment schedule. - Respectful of other employees & client’s property and time. - Customer Service Oriented – You are dealing with clients on a daily basis. We want reliable, courteous, and friendly people to work with us. - Fast-learner, Self-motivated, Detail-oriented, and Problem-solving - Must be able to work outside in the elements, lift 50lbs daily - Not afraid of heights. - Valid DL license, clean background, and drug-free. - Reliable transportation. Candidates with previous customer service/retail/hospitality experience are encouraged to apply! Compensation Training - $13 hour (Guaranteed 40+ hours per week) + Tips and Commissions (Tips on average are between $200-500 per week) (Unlimited earning potential on commissions) After Training - $16.75 per hour (Guaranteed 40+ hours per week) + Tips and Commissions (Tips on average are between $200-500 per week) (Unlimited earning potential on commissions) Daily bonuses are available for hard workers as well. Get through all the jobs on the schedule for that day, ask for another job before calling it a day and earn a bonus for that job, unlimited earning potential. Every now and then we do work on Saturdays, if we do, you are paid for that day as well. Training typically takes 1-2 months depending on how fast you can learn. Job Type: Full-time COVID-19 considerations: You are required to wear a mask at all times while in the company van, talking with a customer, or working indoors at a job site. When working outdoors at a job site you are not required to wear a mask, but must keep one on you at all times.
