We are looking for an Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company.
Office Assistant Responsibilities:
- Assist Management and Executives
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
- Schedule and plan meetings and appointments as required
- Assist with the hiring process and ensure all hiring paperwork is completed on time
- Monitor supplies inventory and handle shortages
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
- Other duties as assigned
