Work by the ocean, enjoy the fresh outdoors and views while you work Maintenance - general repairs, retouching rusting spots, replacing screen door, screens, etc, Help with emergencies such as toilets, restarting modems, etc. Nothing technical as we hire electricians and plumbers as needed. Just be sure everything outside looks great. Painting both inside and outside as needed. Some experience preferred. We have all the tools. Ideal for BYU students. Only 1 minute to get to work. Be honest, reliable and hardworking, Perfect additional income for a retiree as well Hiring ASAP. Must meet with the owner. Don't apply if you are looking for another full-time job. This is for up to 20 hours per week. Paid via direct deposit checking, Venmo or PayPal. Must have ID, Social Security number, access to email and answering calls or texts. Be friendly and outgoing and enthusiastic. Owner lives on property Work hours vary, generally after 10am start time. Flexible, owner is easy to work with. Need your own transportation and prefer someone in LAIE.
