Meatpacking company in Hilo is seeking candidates to assist in all stages of cow, pig, and goat meat preparation. This is a part-time position. Candidates must have previous slaughterhouse and/or hunting experience. Hours Part-time, Schedule varies Location Hilo, Big Island Pay $12 to $15 an hour Responsibilities Slaughter animals in accordance with company standards. Trim, clean, and cure meat. Ensure meat preparation meets all required sanitation laws. Follow all equipment and clothing safety measures. Perform other duties as assigned.
