Looking for a skilled journeyman level lead man with experience. And also a few laborers. Right now we’re doing mostly shingle work but we do do a variety of different roofs. So you need to be well versed and able to do flat roof, torch on, commercial jobs TPO, etc. $300 a day for nail up days, $200 a day for tear of days. If we do it all on one day we all get one bonus. Laborers make $150 a day.
