Foreman position:
Should be well experienced in all areas of landscaping. You must be able to handle all aspects of running both projects and maintenance which includes not only working with crew members but also teaching and leading the men. The more knowledge and understanding of the green industry the better. The ability to operate an excavator, skid steer as well as any other licenses related to the landscape industry are a major plus. A valid drivers license is a also a must. What will it take for you to join out team ??
Laborer positions:
You must be experienced with landscape maintenance and projects with the ability to operate small landscape equipment. A valid drivers license is a plus. $16.50 plus to start but also willing to go higher if your the right person.
