2 Housekeeping portions available. 1 is Full time, 1 is Part time Loving family is looking for an experienced, efficient and attentive qualified housekeeper to maintain the home on a daily basis.  The client seeks someone proactive, communicative and efficient,  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • All aspects of general housekeeping and cleaning of entire residence • Make beds daily and change towels and linens as desired • Disinfecting and cleaning bathrooms, counters, kitchen, floors and vanities • Laundry duties as needed including ironing, organization, steaming, etc. • Management and organization of all closets, pantries, and storage areas and organize  personal items and closets as directed. Organize with an eye for detail • Organize and pick-up the living areas daily, check the consistency of all rooms and ensuring all items are in the appropriate places and standards are met  • Proper knowledge of cleaning supplies and the surfaces • Ensure all storage areas are clean and organized and shelves are clearly labeled  • Inspect cleanliness of residences from top to bottom • Clean furniture and fixtures as directed while using only approved products  • Cleaning the kitchen daily after meals including washing dishes • Replenish supplies • Assist with set up, service and clean up at dinner parties and other events in the home • Must strive to create a safe, and supportive environment for the home • Additional Housekeeper duties as needed and requested by the principals Requirements: • Proficiency in English • Minimum 3+ solid years of related experience working as a housekeeper in  high-end  private home  • Excellent references required from both current and previous employers • Proactive and able to work independently  • Exceptional organizational skills and dedication to responsibilities • Flexible, organized, and able to manage time and exceed expectations  • Thorough knowledge of deep household cleaning, laundry, ironing and storage organization • Legally able to work in the United States for any employer • Drivers license and proficient with the English language
