Porter/Cleaner Experienced cleaner needed immediately for Cleaning Company specializing in post construction cleaning and janitorial services. Qualifications/Duties: 1. Social Security Card & 10hr General Janitorial OSHA Card 2. Minimum 2 years professional cleaning experience 3. Vacuuming carpets, curtains and upholstered furniture 4. Cleaning, dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures and fittings 5. Removing rubbish and recyclable material, and emptying containers, bins and trays 6. MUST SPEAK ENGLISH 6. Cleaning and disinfecting bathroom fixtures 7. Operating industrial vacuum cleaners to clean floors, work areas and machines 8. Removing dust and dirt from ceilings, walls, overhead pipes and fixtures 9. Applying acids and solvents to surfaces to remove stains and dirt 10. May clean exteriors of buildings by sand-blasting and applying solvents 11. Detail oriented 12. Ability to communicate with supervisors and peers 13. Flexible schedule, including overtime, nights, and weekends
