• Basement, finished office area, bi-monthly washing of floor, dusting, cleaning of desk and bookshelves. • First floor, vacuuming of wall to wall carpet, several office areas, conference room, ½ bathroom, small kitchenette, and entrance way reception area would need trash and recycled material to be removed, dusting of same areas. • Second floor; two offices with area rugs same cleaning regiment as first floor. • Third floor, two offices with wall to wall carpeting, bathroom with dual toilets, wash basins, hallway not carpeted. • Exterior of building front and rear cleaning of walkway, entrance way, front window sweeping and trash put out on the designated days.
