As we continue to grow, we are currently seeking a highly motivated, self-driven, Landscape Crew Member. To do well in this role, you should be reliable, a hard worker, and have a strong work ethic. Responsibilities include all aspects of landscape maintenance including, but not limited to spring and fall clean ups, lawn mowing, pruning, mulching, edging, and planting. Additional requirements include: • The ability to work Monday - Friday with occasional weekend hours • A valid driver's license • OSHA 10 certified (or the ability to become certified) • Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and additional random drug screens • Experience a plus but not necessary Benefits include: • Great competitive pay • 50% employer paid health and dental insurance • (6) paid holidays per year • Simple IRA and profit sharing • Paid vacation and sick/personal time • Overtime also available
