Are you ready to get back to work? The Housewright Company of Beverly is looking for a Job Site Assistant to help out with the multitude of high-end construction projects we have going on. No experience is needed for this position, but the ideal candidate will be: Highly organized. This person needs no direction. They are able to identify chaos and inefficiencies and implement solutions on their own. Solutions that will increase productivity and efficiency. Handy. This person will be on construction sites. While no proper training as a carpenter is required, we are looking for someone who can handle tools safely and without hesitation if asked. As this person works, they will be trained by the carpenters on how the tools and mechanisms work. Someone with common sense. Someone who is capable of managing everyday problems without excessive complexity. The Housewright Company is a high-end construction company that operates all over Massachusetts' North Shore. We currently have major projects underway in Ipswich, Manchester, and Beverly. There is plenty of work for the right candidate. As a Job Site Assistant you will travel to each construction site and use your skills to help in any way necessary. Your daily tasks could vary from organization to general labor to a carpenter's apprentice to errand running. There is no set routine for you. You're flexible and willing to adapt to whatever the day calls for—you're the support the crew needs! Because this position requires you to travel between job sites the use of your own vehicle is required. You will be compensated for gas and mileage. You must have a clean driving record.
