Looking for a full time Maintenance Technician in Beverly, MA. This position will be part of a crew responsible for the maintenance on a 252 unit apartment complex. Must have: - 3 years’ experience and a basic knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing, and Carpentry, door/window repair - Communication and customer services skills are required. - Ability to multitask - Ability to troubleshoot problems and take appropriate action - Experience in residential property management - Valid driver's license This position will be responsible for: - Performing a variety of routine, emergency and preventative maintenance tasks - Completing work orders such as: replacing, light bulbs, clogged sinks, etc. - Checking electrical systems such as heating controls, lighting systems, and make minor repairs/replacement - Apartment turnovers - Checking and making routine repairs and assist on major repairs of all equipment - Maintaining the building exterior - Be available for on call hours - Interact with residents in a friendly and professional manner - Performing any other job related duties as assigned
