HIRING IMMEDIATELY!! Motivated and Experienced Construction Technicians and Painters needed on a Full-Time basis. You must be able to work on a team or alone without supervision in a very HIGH PACED environment. We are a general contracting company that has been in business for over 15+ years throughout San Diego County. We specialize in multi-family housing services and have expanded to Lemoore. SALARY: $20 – 28/HR, depending on your experience level. We also offer 5 days paid sick/vacation time per calendar year and full medical benefits. MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSTRUCTION: - Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds. -Pre-hung Door Installation -Cabinet Repairs -Concrete Work -Light Framing -Drywall Repairs -Stucco Repairs -Problem Solving Skills -Be able to match existing finishes on stucco and drywall textures - Multi-Family Housing Maintenance MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS FOR PAINTERS: -Must know how to prep and spray interior of home. -Must know how to use an Airless Paint Sprayer. Requirements listed above are baseline, any other skills you have will increase your potential in consideration for this position.
