We previously were located in Bridgeport, CT and grew to the point where we ran out of room! We recently moved to Ansonia, CT to a 33,000 square foot state of the art facility sitting on over four acres of land with over 500 Carfax certified vehicles. We currently are selling well over 125 vehicles a month and hope to expand our operations to 300 vehicles. Our state of the service facility is top notch and is both air conditioned during the summer and heated during the winter! We have brand new lifts and equipment in the shop. You will not find a nicer facility to work in than Road Ready! Job Responsibilities of Mechanic Automotive Technician: Assisting technician mechanics in performing technical activities. Diagnoses and repairs to specifications – brake and hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical, suspension and alignment, air conditioning and computer systems. Continuously learns new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay abreast with rapidly changing automotive technology. Keeps store management aware of mechanical repair problems as they occur. Maintains an organized neat and safe bay. Have good comprehension skills Communicate directly with the service advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed. Providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs. Required experience: Automotive Technician: 2+ years A+ and B Level Job Type: Full-time Job Type: Full-time
