Hood Property Services is looking to add to our team. We are seeking applicants with drive and motivation who are interested in learning or have experience with lawn & landscape maintenance, professional mowing of residential & commercial properties and some hardscape work. This position is for a crew member to be added to our team. However, for the right individual, this is a starting point to crew leader, foreman and beyond. The work schedule is primarily Monday - Friday if jobs are kept on pace or ahead of schedule, however some Saturdays may be required. This is full time work until the end of November and winter work for the right person. This position requires physical labor and we ask that you be capable of prolonged standing and carrying of materials weighing up to 75lbs. We will train you on the use of any heavy equipment. This position is for someone that is looking for an opportunity to be a part of a growing company. Past experience in landscaping is not necessary. Attitude and work ethic are the key attributes we are looking for. Starting Rate of pay is $12-$16 per hour, depending upon experience with an additional $0.50 after initial 30 day probationary period You must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
