To start immediately: I'm rehabbing an old house & building out a new one, both on the southern end of Wolfeboro near the New Durham line, and LOOKING FOR an ELECTRICIAN to wire up the new and make repairs on the old. In the NEW HOUSE, which is already tight to the weather and ready to be wired & plumbed, we'll be building out about 1000sf of living space with extensive lighting, as well as kitchen, bath, exterior lighting, lighting in the large garage, and wiring up the water pump and heating system as well. (There's already a 200amp panel installed and powered up.) In the OLDER HOUSE, which is 3000sf and all circuit breakers, I need to know what the many electrical panels control, and test for safety and ground. Also, we'll be adding additional lighting throughout the house, renovating multiple bathrooms, upgrading the electrical, connecting a generator, and a few other things.
