Cascade Ridge (www.cascaderidge.com), a 26-home development of high-end, luxury custom homes and a private Lodge sitting on its own mountaintop overlooking the Big Sky Mountain Village is now hiring full-time Construction Associates. Duties include, but are not limited to, supporting new residential construction during all phases of construction, year-round exterior maintenance of existing homes, winter snow removal, summer landscaping, general lodge maintenance, and other various tasks as needed. Construction Associates may also work in the Lodge at times with guest service duties. This is a substantial learning and development experience for the right applicant who has the ability to learn and grow on the job. We are seeking motivated, hardworking, and reliable individuals to join our team. Job Qualifications: Experience in construction or repair work is a plus, but not required – we are willing to train.
