$500 bonus is available! You will receive a one-time signing and retention bonus in the gross amount of $500.00. It will be paid in two installments; $250 paid initially and if you remain employed through your seasonal end date, you will be paid the remaining $250. This is available for applicants that are hired as of 4/2/21. What we’re looking for Vacasa is seeking a hard-working, energetic employee who is passionate about delivering on the promise of excellence in customer service. This person is responsible for greeting guests at the door. The host/hostess seats and presents clean menus to guests in a friendly, professional and quick manner. What You’ll Do: Greet each customer upon arrival Take reservations or manage waiting lists Escorts the guest to their table Respond to any guest questions Answer the phone Assist other F&B staff as needed Other duties, as assigned. What You’ll Need: Reliable transportation required Ability to give high priority to customer service Work environment and physical demands Must be able to work week days and weekends, holidays and some on-call hours Ability to use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms Ability to stand, sit, and walk for an extended period of time Reach overhead and below the waist Regularly push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds Occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds Bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and twist The physical demands described here are an example of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
