I need someone to re-caulk a few windows and doors to get my house ready for spring. I will provide the caulk. Professional should bring his own caulking gun. So, professional NEAT caulking skills will be needed. Workman must have own tools including caulk gun. Addition tasks will include some filling in gaps & cracks in the cement patio and a few odd jobs such as window washing with a garden hose & cleaning the front door kick plate. the successful candidate will reply by email.
