Western New England Hardscapes -- Western MA/Northern CT Position Needed: Hardscapes Installer If you enjoy working outside, and are good with your hands, we would like to talk with you. We are in need to hire a motivated career minded employee to join our company. Candidates must have a good work ethic, be hard working and VERY reliable. The scope of work includes all phases of hardscaping, landscaping, and interior/exterior improvement projects. All applicants must be physically able and to perform duties and enjoy working outdoors all year round. Must be able to work 50+ hours a week and be highly motivated. Employee is regularly required to stand, walk, crouch, stoop or kneel. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 80 pounds. We also use various machines including: bobcat, excavator, and other power tools. This is a career opportunity to all who have a desire to learn a trade and are willing to work for success. If you are of good character, have a strong work ethic, and are interested in the landscape field, we are willing to train and move you up quickly. Experience in installing a variety of hardscape applications including: pavers, retaining walls, machine work Strong oral and written communication skills, math skills, job planning skills, problem solving skills and mechanical aptitude is a huge plus! ***Check us out on Facebook to see our portfolio and commitment to quality*** Work outdoors in a fast paced environment for a growing company, where no two days are really the same. Install patios, walkways, retaining walls, water features, planting and various types of fire features. Additionally, we install landscape lighting and assorted types of outdoor structures including pergolas, arbors and pavilions, fireplaces, kitchens & bars all outdoors. During the winter months we plow and do interior improvement projects. Requirements *Punctual and dependable* A good driving record and reliable transportation to and from work *Be able to lift at least 50 lbs. *Professional appearance at all times. *Highly motivated *Self-driven individual who is detailed oriented *Good time management skills *Able to prioritize and multi-task *Clean professional appearance at all times *Good communication skills *Must have at least one year's experience in the landscaping, hardscaping or construction field. *Must be able to handle daily manual labor and willing to learn trade skills along the way. *Must be available for some Saturdays Contact: 413-786-4999 Derek Lajeunesse
